Severyn Fedorko is a Partner of Connect Law Firm.
He holds two university degrees:
- Law — Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv;
- Political Science — Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Professional experience
- Law association — where he began his career, providing legal support in civil, family and commercial cases.
- JSC Oschadbank — infrastructure and facilities management; hands-on experience with property, commercial and organisational matters at a major state-owned financial institution.
- Development and construction — his own entrepreneurial experience: involvement in development and construction projects, which gave him a practical understanding of business processes and of how commercial activity is actually run.
This combination of legal practice, experience at a large state institution and entrepreneurship allows him to take a comprehensive approach to his clients’ legal and business challenges.
Academic work
PhD candidate at the Department of Social Law of the Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Dissertation topic: “Out-of-Court (Alternative) Resolution of Labour Disputes”.
